I know a couple who did this in Portland. It seemed to help a lot and they moved to Tucson and bought a house. I think Chris and I could use this but at our age and health issues would have to research it. I am glad it worked for you two.
Awe we have serious health issues. Chris has atrial fibrillation and I have COPD and a spot on my lung so we’re on enough meds. Maybe before we got old and sick.
